Investment:

​

I offer coaching sessions on a sliding scale for clients to pay what they can out of $90 per session. I also offer a month plan which includes a session and unlimited follow-up messaging, which is $150. I usually answer messages thoroughly within 2 days. I believe these are both extremely effective depending on if you prefer to work more independently, or more closely with another person. The choice is yours.

If you would like to commit to a plan, and invest ahead of time so that you only need to focus on your healing, that is also possible.

MOld AvOidance COaching 
 

For clients who specifically seek mold avoidance coaching, I am happy to guide you through the process as carried out by myself, my mentors, and other mold avoiders, and help you understand how it applies to you and/or your family. I personally find that this process provides the most successful, deepest detox with the people I know who experience chronic illness symptoms. Learning to identify what is and isn't toxic to the body, and how much so, is the key to this process, and can be applied outside of it as well.

Specifically for mold avoiders, and anyone else interested, I can address:

​

-Integrating medical treatments and/or alternative treatments with the mold avoidance process
-Maximizing healing based on the resources of the specific environment, particularly with movement, energy and breathwork
-The role of travel and locations within the US, and abroad
-Finding safety, support and resources
-Navigating mold avoidance forums, writing, and community

-Your budget and what it might accomplish in a timeline
-Sensitivity versus reactivity
-Friendships, dating, relationships, sex, and family while living fully or semi off grid
-Traumatic stress related to housing, environmental devastation, and/or medical treatment
-Changes in toxins and treatment options as they relate to mold avoiders
-Location reports from Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America
-How energy healing can aid in environmental detox
-Getting the most of what you need from your mold avoidance journey
